Thank you for choosing XpertClt. Our goal is to deliver dependable and expert home and commercial services throughout Calicut, covering areas such as painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, A/C maintenance, and sofa and curtain work. When you request our services, you accept the following terms and conditions.
When a customer makes a Service Request, our team will assess the details to check for availability and practicality. A confirmation will be sent only after the requested information has been verified. Submitting a service request does not ensure a booking until it has been officially confirmed by our team. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information, service address, and a clear description of the work needed to enable us to deliver timely and appropriate service.
After we receive the service details, we will offer an Estimate that reflects the type and extent of the work. In certain situations, it may be required to conduct a physical site visit prior to confirming the price. We will transparently communicate all estimated charges to the customer before commencing the work. Any additional expenses may occur only if there are modifications to the original scope of services, and these costs will be implemented only after securing the customer’s consent.
The total Payment is required once the service has been completed, unless another arrangement has been made. For projects that need materials or require advance reservations, a deposit may be necessary. A Minimum Service Fee is applicable for all appointments, irrespective of the size of the job, to account for basic labor and travel expenses. The specific fee will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept payments through UPI, cash, and bank transfers, and you will receive a receipt upon payment. Any additional work or charges will be discussed and must be approved beforehand.
We are proud of the Quality Of Our Services and strive for complete customer satisfaction. A standard guarantee period is applicable to some of our services, and any issues should be communicated within that timeframe for us to take corrective measures. However, we cannot provide guarantees for damages resulting from misuse, unfavorable site conditions, or other unrelated factors beyond our control.
Your Privacy matters to us. Any personal information and service-related data shared with our team will remain confidential and will solely be used for communication, scheduling, and enhancing our services. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties without permission.
Safety is a collective duty. Our team will adhere to required safety protocols and maintain professional behavior at all times. We kindly ask customers to ensure a secure working environment, which includes providing access to essential utilities such as electricity and water. Additionally, we request that personal valuables or delicate items be kept out of the work area to avoid any accidental harm.
